One of the ingredients is black walnut hulls, a tree nut. If you have an allergy to tree nuts, you may not be able to take this product. This product is free of milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, soy, and wheat.
How many servings do I take daily?
The recommended daily serving is 1 to 2 capsules as needed. Try starting with 2 capsules. If this works “too well,” cut back to 1 capsule daily. If the desired result isn’t achieved with 2 capsules, it’s safe to take 3 capsules per day.
