The results of a review of MK4 clinical trials pubilshed in the Archives of Internal Medicine (Cockayne S et al. Arch Intern Med. 2006;166(12):1256-1261) found that regular supplementation with MK4 (45mg/day) promotes bone strength.

MK4 is a naturally occurring, specific form of vitamin K2. The bone-building benefits of MK4 (45 mg/day) have been demonstrated in more than 25 clinical trials involving more than 7,000 volunteers.
Not everyone needs the same amount of calcium in a dietary supplement. That's why we offer two versions of the same great product. Both provide the amount of MK4 used in clinical trials (45 mg/day) and vitamin D3 (2,000 IU/day), while Osteo-K delivers 1,000 mg calcium and Osteo-K Minis 400 mg.
