LFA Firmaoil, or Tribasic calcium phosphate is a highly porous excipient that makes the oil-to-powder process easier to overcome tablet and capsule manufacturing challenges. Firmaoil functions as a carrier excipient powder, allowing you to incorporate oils into flowable dry bulk solid powders for your capsule filling machine tray or tablet pill press machine. It also eliminates need for a liquid capsule filling machine for oil-based capsule pills.

Dental care functions for Firmaoil include its use as an ingredient in oral health products. It appears as a polishing agent in tooth powders and zero waste toothpaste tablets, and a tartar control agent in mouthwashes and functional chewing gums.

Firmaoil, or TCP, is a calcium phosphate mineral that makes up two thirds of bone. It is more porous than hydroxyapatite, giving it a faster resorbing rate.

With a Calcium to Phosphorus, or Ca:P Ratio of 2.21:1, Tricalcium phosphate is an effective buffer agent that can be found in antacid tablets.
